Crib Goch

Finally Crib Goch at last.......After several missed attempts a perfect day for Crib Goch, bright fine and no wind. A lovely scramble up followed by sheer terror. The first 40 foot of that arrete was quite literally crawled over, with ever inch of flesh pressed to rock.

The very attractive young Irish lady who walked behind us offering encouragement found our approach rather cautious. Having got to the point where we could cautiously stand up again we strolled on to Garnedd Ugain, Snowdon and Y-Liwedd. A fantastically challenging but rewarding walk.
