The man from C&A

A return to Elens castle and the husband and wife team from before. Food was still great, cooked by a lovely Welsh girl (more of her later).

Strangely for a tour walk we opted for a repeat of an earlier route and completed half of the Snowdon horseshoe, taking in Snowdon via the Pyg Track and Y Lliwedd again. Again the weather was kind, and Iain distinguished himself by looking as though he had stepped off the pages of a C&A catalogue all the way round. This was the tour that coined the phrase ‘wrinklies’ for our over 40 contingent.
